1. Componentele de rulare ale Visual C++ Libraries lipsesc.
2. O problema de software.

Pentru cazul 1, poti reinstala componentele librariei Visual C++ de aici: http://www.microsoft...&displaylang=en [Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x86)]
Daca problema persista dupa instalarea pachetului de mai sus, atunci probabil ca este o problema software (cazul 2). Poti incerca un clean boot pentru a verifica:
